AND, I'm human. So your jewelry will look human made, not machine made.
That's what makes handmade jewelry so special.
My goal is for you to love love love your K Kay Designs jewelry.
I stand behind the quality of my jewelry and will do everything in my power to solve a problem that may have been overlooked during the making process or if there is a repair to be made.
NON-Custom Jewelry:
If you find something you are not satisfied with or if you have a repair request, please contact me to discuss options to rectify the concern.
Repairs on non-custom jewelry are made on a case by case basis as not all jewelry is made the same and some may have limitations. But I always do my best to repair when I can. AGAIN, I want your awesome self happy and satisfied with your jewelry.
Returns on non-custom jewelry can be made if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or a new piece of jewelry.
- Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
- I do recommend returns be shipped USPS or UPS with insurance for the value of the jewelry and with a tracking number for your protection.
- K Kay Designs is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
Please contact info@kkaydesigns.com for a RA (Return Authorization) number and return shipping address. Returns will be processed and credited upon receipt of item. You will see a credit to your card within 3-5 business days less shipping cost.
Custom Jewelry:
Returns are not accepted on custom jewelry due to the time and communication made during the custom design process.

Chains:
I will gladly repair/replace broken chains at no cost to you if it is a manufacturer defect. It doesn't happen often, but, once in awhile I'll come across a chain that slipped by quality control.
I do not replace broken chains due to wear and tear however so please make sure you're taking good care of your jewelry by not playing sports, sleeping, or bathing in it, or letting your baby use as a chew toy ( yes, this has actually happened ;).
